Here is what our Company provides: * Consistent work * Attractive pay scales and possible increases with a proven track record * Paid every Friday * Materials custom measured to each project and shipped to site prior to installation date * Support from Company to handle any issues on the job site from lack of material to questions from a homeowner Required Skills and Responsibilities: * IL State Roofing License (preferred, but not required) * Must be located in the Lake County/ McHenry County area * Must have reliable transportation and proper tools * Have proper insurance – general liability and worker’s comp * Employ a crew (minimum of 4 workers) * Craftsmanship coupled with customer service that is top notch * An articulate and professional demeanor * Roofing knowledge is a plus, but willing to train right candidate on site
