This will be a low-key & highly informative session covering the high points of starting the new construction homebuying process! This will be a low-key & highly informative session covering the high points of starting the new construction homebuying/home building process! [How long does it take? How much will it cost? How do I navigate all the decisions?] We design these meetings to have about 5-10 clients tops so that everyone can engage and ask questions. It is geared toward first time buyers but we have had experienced buyers come as well and get a lot out of the session in past years. Sessions will be held live at our Ames office as well as live streamed for those who would like to attend virtually.
