Air Compressor Service Technician

Established small business looking for an individual who will provide maintenance and/or repairs of our air compressors at customer locations as well as in house. Will provide troubleshooting assistance to customers over the phone. Test and pack air compressors to company standards. Assist other employees as needed or instructed by management. You will install compressed air systems as well as service and repair compressors and other related equipment. Responsibilities and Duties: Inspect and perform compressor repairs Perform routine maintenance service and repairs on air compressors and related equipment at client sites and at our facilities Respond to emergency maintenance requests Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Qualifications and Requirements: - Proficient knowledge with Volt/Ohm Meter - Strong electrical and mechanical skills - Professional appearance with good verbal skills - Strong work ethic with attention to detail - Ability to work independently or in a small team - Previous experience in compressor maintenance or mechanics, electrical and trouble shooting - Familiarity with compressors, or related fields - Ability to handle physical workload on regular basis - Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills - Requires minimum 1-year experience in related field - General skills working with machinery Company vehicle is provided for service calls Must be able to pass background check Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Benefits: Health Insurance Retirement Plan Paid Vacation and Holidays
