We need a painter - We have a budget between $1,000 to $2,000. Nothing more than that. Roofer for small repair - We have a budget $400-$600. Nothing more than that. Landscaper - We have a budget of $500 or less. Also looking for an Hourly handyman that is open to doing small work for and hourly fee. Please contact Joel by text to schedule to look at the work. We had a contractor at this property who went over budget on project. We have a strict budget to get work done now. The rehab project will be on a Investors Youtube channel. Anyone who does work for us will be given a shout out on the final video of the property.
