We are hiring Event Staff / Security for all upcoming events and concerts at NRG Park and Smart Financial Centre. • ALL events at the Smart Financial Centre • Rodeo Houston 2022 • Shows and events at NRG Park Event Staff provide a safe and secure environment for the guests at all of our venues. They are responsible for their assigned area in a security role, focusing on excellent conflict resolution skills and providing great Customer Service. Responsibilities: • Demonstrate safety as a primary focus • Respond to emergencies, evacuations, and work with law enforcement • Handle or assist with intoxicated guests • Act as a deterrent to undesirable behaviors and actions • Protect people and property as directed • Have good communication skills Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Referral program • Bonus pay Qualifications: • You must be 18 years of age to be considered for this role • You must be eligible to obtain a non-commissioned security license • You must have a high school diploma or equivalent • Applicants are subject to background checks based on job criteria
