Interviews start 1/4/22. If hired you can start right away. No Experience required. Experience detailers are encouraged to apply, but we do very few cars and trucks. Professional, paid training. We work out of Everett, but all jobs are mobile. We need 2 motivated workers now, 6 more in February. Women encouraged to apply. Please be vaccinated and ready to prove it at first interview. Crew Chief must have a good driving record, and be able to lead his crew. $19-$30 an hr depending on experience. We take November and December off and stay very busy for most of the other 10 months. Lots of overtime. Benefits may be available next year. You don't need any experience, we will train you. This is physical work, up and down ladders and working on the top of Million dollar RV's and boats. Best candidates are in good physical condition, and can work a 10 hr day in 85 degree heat. You will be running a 10 lb polisher/buffer on the top of a 12' ladder. Taking sealant off the top of RV's and resealing. Cleaning a/c units, interior cleaning. Steam cleaning, carpet cleaning, ceramic coatings, waxing, taking off oxidation, sealing undercarriages (rodent control) and many other tasks. As you can see we are not just detailers. We work hard and have fun. Every day is different and we work from the Canadian Border to Olympia. We work at all the marinas, RV Parks, businesses and residential.
