I recently took on my neighbor's cat upon his passing and I have been looking for a good home for him ever since. It's been about 2 weeks, but I am hesitant to let him go with just anyone because I want him to have a good home. Fully littered trained, prefers dry food (Friskies Gravy Swirlers pink bag), but he has not been neutered. For this reason, he meows a lot at the doors and windows. He does not spray, luckily, but the meowing can be a lot at times. He loves to be rubbed on and needs lots of love, but at times he likes to be alone. He does get along well with dogs, but I have not seen him with other cats. Asking $40 for his rehoming fee, to ensure he is going to a home that can afford to keep up with his care.
