Bustling monthly street market centrally located in Downtown Natchez First Saturday is a monthly street market centrally located in the MLK Triangle in Downtown Natchez. Our objective for First Saturday is two-fold: we want to continue to expose our community to local businesses and entrepreneurs, while simultaneously adding to the vibrancy of the Triangle area. Small businesses are the heartbeat of Natchez & we’re thrilled to provide a platform to showcase the goods and services of businesses just like yours. On Monday, January 17, during the MLK Day celebrations, we’re hosting our First Saturday Preview to give our local community a preview of what to expect during our monthly First Saturday Market. (If you haven’t guessed it already, the First Saturday markets are held on the 1st Saturday of each month. Our January 17th event is just a preview.) Vendor setup will begin at 8am and the market will open to the public from 10am-4pm. More than 2,000 pedestrians are expected downtown for the MLK Day Parade Monday afternoon and we look forward to welcoming many of them to the First Saturday Preview.
