Emergency handyman needed for North Las Vegas, Henderson, Vegas area

Hello, I manage a few properties in the North Las Vegas/Henderson/Las Vegas area, and I'm looking for a reliable handyman for when issues pop up. Examples of possible issues are: broken bed frame, lights in a room aren't turning on, install a smart lock, troubleshoot a doorbell that isn't working, leak in the bathroom, fix a jammed doorknob, take out trash bins to curb and bring then back/take to dump as needed, etc. Ideal skills & qualifications: -General repairs -Painting -Furniture assembly -Electrical -Plumbing -Quick to respond and available for emergency requests -Flexible with schedule -Good communication skills and ability to clearly explain a problem and solution -Personable and will represent our company well if interacting with guests (must wear mask when interacting with guests) -Good relationships with specialists (plumbers/electricians) We will definitely keep you busy! If you are interested, please reply back with a summary about yourself and your work, a couple references, and your rates. Please also indicate if you are licensed/unlicensed or insured. Rate: $20/hr to start. Will reimburse for mileage as well. Thank you.
