Full benefits package offered. employment type: full-time Vinco is a rapidly growing Las Vegas, NV construction company (specializing in telecommunications and electrical projects) that is looking for a motivated Construction Manager with civil/concrete experience to support our planned growth. Qualifications of the ideal candidate include: • Appropriate degree (or equivalent relevant experience in managing construction projects - minimum 4 years - will be considered in lieu of a degree). • Construction experience in wireless telecom is highly preferred. • Knowledge of Las Vegas statutes on civil (ground) work required. • Ability to effectively lead a team. • Ability to establish, manage, plan, and think strategically. • Ability to build and foster collaborative relationships. • Demonstrate excellent decision-making abilities. Successful candidates will also possess: • Basic circuit and hardware knowledge. • Understanding and adaptation of old and new Clark County regulations • Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task. • Ability to work as a team with a positive attitude and professional customer service skills. • Effective communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and electronic estimating software. • Valid driver's license required with a decent MVR. Starting salary of $72,000, more for more experience.
