Description

An all levels slow flow yoga class, in a dreamy studio in the North Loop, with music from a live cellist! Let's face it, stretching is hard. Most likely, at the end of your day, you don't sit down for some light stretching. As we are learning more about the longevity of healthy movement and your body, mobility is becoming more and more important. Join us for Slow Flow in Nolo to work on your range of motion both actively and passively. In this class we'll work on dynamic and passive stretching, and really dive deep into the fascial lines in your body. We'll take a few pages out of the Tensegrity method, empahsizing a whole body approach. This sequence is a love song to your joints, your muscles, and your mind. There is no other class in Minneapolis like this, and no one in the Twin Cities teaching a format similar. Join us for this one of a kind movement class to find out what all the hype is about. PLUS, a cellist will be playing live music during class! On the week of Thanksgiving we'll bring in elements of Gratitude as well. Slow Flow in Nolo will be held in the heart of the north loop, has an absolutely stunning interior, and it has yoga studio soft wooden floors. Join us for this bi-weekly pop up class that is accessible to all levels. Class is taught by Nina Kolar, who has been teaching around the Twin Cities and virtually for the last ten years. What you can expect are playful transitions, live music from a classically trained cellist, and some quality dad jokes. This is a movement experience you won't want to miss, get your ticket ASAP.
