Youth Homelessness Convening We are committed to ending homelessness for youth and young adults, but this can only be done if everyone is committed to making it happen. Being selected and receiving a Youth Homelessness Demonstation Project Award from HUD provides us a great opportunity to create a plan to do it and start with an initial investment of funding. You are being invited because you have important expertise and experience to inform this plan. At the Gulf Coast Partnership, we believe that when all residents are given a fair opportunity to succeed, we all benefit. It is the Gulf Coast Partnership’s commitment to bring new levels of innovation and sustainability to strengthen our community’s human service systems.  Through capacity building, collaboration, research and awareness, the GCP brings our community together while focusing our limited community resources on the most vulnerable populations. We believe we can be a community where homelessness is brief, rare and one-time. The Gulf Coast Partnership builds collaboration and provides vital funding to support local programs, by bringing state & federal grants to Charlotte County.
