Job Introduction We are the future of construction. We creatively combine traditional construction techniques with the technology of modular construction. Creating modular buildings for businesses across the country, we are looking for people with experience in HVAC, insulation, plumbing, drywall installation, electrical, welding, as well as other construction trades. Day to day work will range from starting a new building frame to installing parapets on the top of a building being finished up. We take pride in our fast, efficient work. Buildings are usually built and prepare to ship out within 5 weeks of our start dates. General Responsibilities Follows all safe work practices and rules. Job Qualifications *We are looking for people with at least one or more years of experience in one or more of these areas* Welding- Multiple processes (certifications required) HVAC installation Plumbing Drywall Installation Electrical installation Fabrication and Machine tool Modular Fabrication & installation Skills Working with a team Critical thinking Reading comprehension Time management Able to read blueprints a plus Able to operate a Forklift Please call 623-248-0396-walk in interviews on Tuesdays and Thursdays 2-4 p.m.
