TAMPA, FL — Tampa police are on the scene of a domestic disturbance that has led to the death of two people. According to police, a person barricaded himself in a home in the 1500 block of 28th Avenue Monday morning. Police said one person was dead upon their arrival. A second person was taken to the hospital and has died. Neighbors have been evacuated from the area. Police will provide more information when it's available.
