100th Centennial Celebration of Phi Chapter at the University of Michigan The Annex Club 1921 is a non-profit 501 (c)(3) organization that has been resurrected to continue the legacy of its original founders.   The primary goal and mission of The Annex Club 1921 is to support the William DeHart Hubbard Memorial Endowment Fund, established in 2010 at the University of Michigan, which awards academic achievement and provides scholarships to deserving individuals in their pursuit to achieve a higher academic education at the collegiate level.
