Intention Setting, Manifestation, Heart Opening, Ceremonial Cacao Join us on the auspicious date of 1/22/22 for an afternoon of cacao ceremony, intention setting, manifestation, and dreaming our visions into reality! In this space, you'll be guided through intentional practices that will assist you in connecting more deeply with yourself, gain clarity on your desires, and you'll leave with a tangible blueprint for the year ahead. This is one of my favorite workshops to hold and I'm so excited to offer it again this year! What to Expect We'll open with a cup of heart opening, ceremonial cacao and then you'll be guided through practices that I have personally used for the last five years to consciously + intentionally begin the new year. You'll definitely need a journal or other way to take notes as this is where you'll be creating your personalized, written blueprint for 2022. It's my intention that you'll also leave feeling clear, confident, and excited about your year to come! Please make sure to arrive 10-15 minutes early so we can start on time and make the most of the ceremony space for this workshop What to Bring -- A Notebook and Pen - This is where allll of the magic will be happening 💫✨ -- Water Bottle with Water -- A Favorite Mug (for the cacao) Who Am I? I'm the founder and therapist of Wild Quartz Wellness, a holistic healing space in Anchorage where I offer massage + energy work. I'm a transformational life coach, offering 1:1 coaching to individuals who are ready to reclaim their personal power and experience more ease and joy in their lives. And I lead monthly "Free to Be: Feelings Circles" for women around emotional wellness and heart centered community.
