Description
This is a new construction two unit residential building. The building needs a 13D fire protection system that includes 28 sprinkler heads. The system has one sprinkler riser/manifold assembly with a resi-riser, backflow preventer, domestic shut off valve, and FDC for each unit. The building also has one interior horn and wall strobe in each unit and an exterior horn connected to a fire alarm control panel.
