Thousands of people showed up from all over the area and waited hours in line, with some people bringing lawn chairs, blankets, and books to read. A total of 706 individuals were tested during the five-hour clinic, which was organized in response to the record-breaking COVID-19 cases in the Commonwealth, as well as the depleted supplies of at-home testing kits, said VDH leaders.
