NORTH HAVEN - A North Haven resident is $25,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On December 30, Benedict Joiner, of North Haven, purchased a Play4 Day ticket from the Wine Cellar in North Haven and won $25,000.
