The Returns Specialist is responsible for creating, receiving, inspecting, and processing all returns. The role requires you to be on your feet for at least half of your day. The Returns Specialist will also be responsible for disassembling and restocking of all cancelled orders. The individual filling this role will work closely with co-workers and supervisors daily. Strong communication skills are essential, as well as basic computer knowledge. Strong attention to detail is a must, to be successful in this role. This is a full-time position based out of our Seattle warehouse in the neighborhood of South Park. The RMA Department hours are Monday – Friday 6:00am to 2:30pm. Duties and Responsibilities. - Create RMA’s for product customers would like to return. - Receive and inspect product and confirm condition as stated on RMA. - Document and communicate any found discrepancies. - Return product back to inventory. - Disassemble and restock cancelled orders. - Communicate and develop process improvement ideas as needed. Skills and Qualifications - Applicant must have strong attention to detail and be able to work independently and as a team. - Lift up to 40 pounds. - Stand on feet all day. - Perform repetitive tasks. - Required to read and write English, follow verbal instructions, and use simple math. - Perform basic computer skills: navigate using a mouse and touchscreens. - Good eyesight: see defects on parts, identify different sizes of nuts/bolts. - Produce quality work at a fast pace. - Use a hand truck and pallet jack. Education - High School diploma or GED preferred.
