Do you enjoy cleaning and love working as a team, then come work with us. Better Building Maintenance is looking for a hardworking, self motivated part-time janitor for buildings in the Kirkland/Totem Lake area. No experience necessary, all training will be provided. Typical Job Duties: 1. Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, kitchens and break areas. 2. Emptying trash and recycling bins. 3, Dusting. 4. Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors. 5. Restocking toilet paper, paper towels and trash liners 6. Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area in accordance with company policy. 7. Various additional minor cleaning duties. (as required) Requirements: 1. Speak, read, and understand English. 2. Have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license. 3. Have reliable phone service.
