We're looking for an experienced Property Manager for a large unit property in Aurora. Must be detailed oriented, have collection experience and good communication skills, bilingual in both English and Spanish, brokerage skills, online tools, and able to work independently. AppFolio experience preferred. Property Manager Responsibilities: Meeting potential tenants, showing them the property and assessing their application. Using online tools such as Facebook Marketplace, Zillow, Craigslist, etc. to advertise vacant properties. Collecting rent and other property fees from tenants and individual owners. Investigating and resolving property complaints and rental violations.
