I am looking for a qualified individual to work with my 21 year old developmentally disabled son. He has some behavioral issues from time to time. What I need the most right now is someone to simply spend time with him in the home, leading to some short outings to the park, store, etc. He needs to get comfortable with the person working with him. Having SOME experience with kids on the autism spectrum, etc is needed. Simply so you are aware of the type of behaviorals, communication, and overall habits of DD individuals. Non smoker, drugs, etc. Clean record. Very good pay. 100% flexible between the hours of 8am and 8pm, no specific max or min hours. Please reach out if interested. Thanks for looking
