This position is responsible for managing labor and material in the field to complete assigned contract maintenance projects and everyday tasks. 1. Must be able to develop an understanding of the philosophies by which the company operates. 2. Train and build people in an effort to help them develop within the company. 3. Attend certification training sessions (Pesticide, Applicator and Horticulture) 4. Plan, schedule and supervise daily production. 5. Must have experience in landscape management and horticultural backround or education. 6. Be able to identify and diagnose insect and disease problems and schedule appropriate treatment. 7. Must work well with others and be able to work side by side to help productivity and professionalism of work. Salary position starting at 40k + based on experience.
