The Mill Spring Ag Center is looking for a full time facilities manager to live on site and manage the day to day needs of the property. The property is 41,000 square feet on 6 manicured acres. The building is 100 years old and rock solid yet requires constant TLC. The ideal candidate is experienced in working hard daily, both indoors and outdoors. Grounds maintenance Wood working and power tools Building repairs Yard work Caring for crops Irrigation Plumbing and electric experience Must be friendly and professional Able and willing to lift and move heavy objects Comfortable on a roof or in a crawl space Quick learner Able to use a computer, printer and smart phone Clean record and background check Drivers license and own transportation Pay range $12.50/hour 32-40 hours/ week plus available overtime Health and dental available after 60 days The apartment is a 650 sq ft space with a private bathroom and second room. There is no kitchen but there is an area for the microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot, etc. The space has heat and AC plus WiFi. There’s a futon, queen sized bed, table, chairs and breakfast island. It’s perfect for one person, maybe with a small pet.
