SANDY SPRINGS, GA — Proof of vaccination against COVID-19 is required for aspiring participants at an upcoming Sandy Springs comedy and hypnosis show, according to a report. Hypnotist Asad Mecci and improvisational comedian Colin Mochrie, who is known for his work on "Whose Line Is It Anyway?" combine their talents for a show called "Hyprov: Improv Under Hypnosis." The show is Jan. 14 at the Sandy Springs Performing Arts Center, beginning at 8 p.m. Tickets are available here. Mecci will hypnotize some audience members as part of the show; The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports anyone wishing to come up on stage to be hypnotized must show their COVID-19 vaccination card and proof of a negative COVID test. They also must register in advance instead of being chosen randomly, the report said. Read more via the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
