In search for the perfect Nanny

Hello there, My family of 5 are in search for the perfect Nanny to help assist our family. Looking for something long term- who has a open schedule during the weekdays (Mon-Thurs) from 8 am to 3:45 pm. We have a 11-year old who will need to be taken to school in the morning. A 5-year old who has Pre-K from 11 am and picked up at 2:30pm. My 2-year old would only be with you full-time. I will be starting a new job here in a few weeks, but I am not in a rush to hire someone without doing my research. Meaning, we are going to run a background check, drug screen, ask about driving record. I was a stay-at-home mom for 3 years, I have NEVER had my children in daycare, or with a babysitter whom I did not personally know. Please understand I be fully secure with whom I am leaving my children with. With that, we are looking for someone who is holds a high level of honesty, integrity.
