Looking for a new crew member to come help temporarily or part time with possibility of leading into full time if interested. Locally owned construction co needs an extra set of hands helping haul out debris from a remodel. You will need to be in shape and able to fill up and lift/carry down stairs 50-60 lb contractor garbage bags continually throughout the day with an attention to details and being mindful not to damage anything while working throughout the house. Other tasks will include carefully yet efficiently removing drywall and studs from walls and ceilings and doing a thorough cleanup of scope areas. We leave no debris behind and sweep and vacuum every once of debris and haul away. We can provide all the PPE and tools necessary but if you have your own set of common tools (I.e. hammer, drill, utility knife, etc) that would be even more beneficial to everyone working so we aren’t running back n forth swapping tools. Successful candidates have the abilities and know-how to work efficiently while maintaining safe work practices, are presentable to the clients, when needed can work without little supervision and have a “can-do” positive attitude and outlook, and put in an honest days work each day by showing up on time and staying professional throughout the work day. Those that fit that mold are what we like and value. Value to us translates into more value ($$$) to you. I start everyone at $15 an hour and pay cash at end of each day. Always have more work too. Also includes whether you have reliable transportation! Someone with a work truck that don’t mind using it to haul stuff from time to time will get top priority, but this is totally not a requirement or in any way trying to mislead you from applying! (We do pay gas and give quick raises to those that are more valuable to the company) anyone looking for a new longer term agreement would certainly get a significant bump in pay after a short period of the “getting to know each other” phase.
