Boxing Fundamentals is a class focused on learning and sharpening authentic boxing technique, with killer conditioning and sprinkled with some fun. Each week will focus on offense, defense, footwork or conditioning. The class is structured in a 12 Week Training Camp to get you fight-ready for the ring and for life. Join us! All levels welcome. No gloves needed. Bring handwraps (first timers get a free pair of wraps).
