DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answering phones and responding back to customers in a timely manner with any questions that may have.
Reading all company emails and either directing them to the proper office employee or responding back to clients on a daily basis.
Preparing estimates as soon as they are received from the estimators. Creating maps and printing all pictures that correspond with estimates.
Scheduling estimates with the estimators.
Strong communicating with clients as well as crews.
Being able to review, edit and proofread all estimates and invoices.
Creating all job folders and recording expenses for each job.
Responsible for sending crews all information concerning jobs.
Making and managing hotel arrangement for crews.
Must be able to be familiar with outside marketing, such as Facebook, website, real estimate companies.
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
· Strong Quick Book skills and being equipped to navigate through Quick Books with creating estimates and invoices, entering bills, and entering all customer data.
· Knowledge of Excel, Word, and maintaining online calendar in Google Calendar.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Ideal candidate must be pleasant and have excellent written and verbal communications skills.
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner and also be able to work alone at times and keep busy.
· Initiative, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
· Must be able to learn to prioritize daily tasks.
