Need Childcare Aid ASAP -- for my 18 year old son with Special Needs

Searching for the right person who can care for my 18-year-old son with special needs. Must have a car, and be reliable and keep to the plan daily schedule. Must have 5 plus years of childcare experience(special needs experience a plus), be able to pass a background check, and have reliable references. The set schedule is Monday-Friday 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm = 20 hours a week. I also have a set schedule for the weekend as well and is also looking for someone that is reliable and is looking for a set schedule for the weekend. The set schedule is Saturday 8:00 am to 8:00 pm and on Sunday 10:00 am to 10:00 pm total of 24 hours. Please send me a copy of your resume. I am looking to fill this job this month asap!!!
