Help me learn how to loose n release weight. Would like companion/ partner either male, couples,females. If been 26 yrs with any activities I want to start the yr doing it. I'm 64 female plz text before calling as I work part-time 3 days a week. I am also available weekends to sexercise. I would like to go walk at Landa park and maybe swim if anyone has a pool for water release arobics. . April
