Hello, I am seeking a Lead inspector/Risk assessor to partner with. We will being inspecting homes and determine re-constructability (my job) we will also be determining the presence of Lead Based paint, and developing a plan of action to abate the homes of lead, and rehab the home to habitable conditions. We will also be providing project oversight and final inspections. The client is seeking to pay us for all of these consulting services.
