I am looking for the following to help me manage my portfolios of properties from out of state. A person skilled in the following areas: 1. Painting 2. Light electrical(replace light fixtures, outlets, etc.) 3. Light plumbing (sewer line snaking, replace garbage disposal, fix/replace toilets) 4. Wall repair (patch holes) 5. Clean and repair gutters 6. Replace air filters. 7. Flooring 8. Perform move-out/in tasks. I will provide this list later. 9. Be able to complete punch list for City Inspection items. Must meet ALL the following requirements: 1. Must be able to take before and after photos of your work 2. Must have reliable transportation 3. Must have your OWN basic tools to complete work 4. Must be able to accept payments via ZELLE or Paypal (We will not deal with cash or checks) 5. Must be able to communicate in a timely fashion. If you are the type to disappear for a few days and you know it, please don’t apply. 6. Must be able to provide an invoice for work completed.
