Description

We are looking for experienced handymen to work on our 100+ single family homes in Detroit. The work includes new rehabs, inspection repairs, rental turnover preparation, board ups, and rental repairs. The skill sets we require are drywall repair, trim carpentry, vinyl tile installation, light electrical, window and door repair, painting, light plumbing, gutter repair and cleaning. You must have your own basic tools as well as some power tools, reliable transportation, and a cell phone for receiving job information by text and taking pictures of completed jobs. We pay by the job, NOT per hour. We do NOT pay in CASH or CHECKS. You must have a PayPal, Cash App, Zelle or Venmo apps on your phone. We have jobs ready to start immediately.
