CleanMark is immediately looking for aprofessional, diligent Cleaning Contractor to join our growing team in Cleveland, OH Your New Job: .Multiple Sites and Shifts Available .Daily cleaning activities which can include disinfecting, mopping, vacuuming, detail cleaning, dusting, cleaning mirrors, washrooms, floor care, window cleaning; (Subject to other tasks dependent on client’s needs) .Use of Autoscrubber and Burnisher, carpet cleaning .Maintain facilities and equipment to the highest standards .Ensure that procedures are implemented, and deadlines are met, while customer service remains superior You: .Have 1 to 2 years of previous cleaning experience .Are determined, self-disciplined in achieving results and committed to excellence in customer service .Enjoy working in a fast-paced work environment, with a focus on quality .Have an eye for detail .Clear Background Check .Independent, serious, action-oriented individual looking to make a difference .Valid drivers’ license and reliable automobile .Are able to successfully perform the essential functions of this job, to include but not limited to bending, lifting, walking, stooping, squatting, pushing, pulling and lifting no more than 15 pounds. .Have liability insurance and a Worker’s Compensation Certificate What’s in it for you: .Competitive contract rates .Flexibility .Ongoing training .A value driven corporate culture .Possibility for future opportunities If you are a dedicated, values driven individual who takes pride in their work, we want to hear from YOU!
