Interfaith Housing Assistance Corporation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to enrich the lives of low-and moderate-income families, seniors and disabled persons through the provision of affordable housing. We are currently searching for a Maintenance Technician to work with our Maintenance Managers at our Coronado properties and Metro Villas in East San Diego. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the execution and/or vendor supervision of routine maintenance, safety systems, outside plumbing, inside and outside electrical, rehabilitation of vacated units and maintenance supply and stock for 99 units in scattered sites at Coronado and 120 family units in East San Diego. High School diploma or GED or 3 months related experience or training is preferred. This is a full time non-exempt position.
