Clean - Cleaner needed part time $100+ / House

Hello we are hiring a cleaner for part time work starting soon. This opportunity has the potential to ramp up to full time in a few months. All cleaning will be performed in a climate controlled home that is empty of furniture and unoccupied. Homes are to be completed in a single 8 hour day unless extras are specified. If the home is extremely dirty in specific areas there will be extra pay and extra time given. You must provide your own equipment (mop, broom, vacuum) but chemicals are supplied. There is no carpet cleaning required. It is required that you can access Fort Benning. Employees are subject to drug tests but we are 420 friendly. Houses are 3-4 bedrooms 1200-1600 sq foot. Kitchen:  All cabinets inside and out (Underneath)  Fridge inside and out. (Behind)  Stove inside and out. (Behind)  Window inside and out (on top level pop window down)  Window tracks  Globes  All outlet covers  Vent hood underneath and top  Countertops  Inside of sink (make sure facet shines)  New drip pans are provided  New filters are provided Living Room:  Ceiling fan or Globes  Windows inside and out  Window Tracks  All outlet covers Bathrooms:  Medicine Cabinet inside and out (Top)  Cabinets inside and out (pull bottom drawer out and clean behind it)  Toilet inside and out (behind)  Bathtub (Top)  Shower head  Make sure all facets shine  Vent Fan  All mirrors  Clean behind Pedi stool sink  All outlet covers Bedrooms:  Globes or ceiling fan  Windows  Window tracks  All shelves in closet (also inside the rack)  Vaccuum out floor vents (also wipe inside out) (Please notify Amber or Casey if there is rust in vent)  All outlet covers Laundry Room:  All shelves  Dryer vent (inside and out)  Globes  Washer and dryer cover (Also inside) Outside:  Light Fixtures  Sweep out garage  Clean garage sink  Sweep shed out  DO NOT CLEAN TRASH CANS
