Help for 50ish yr old man, severe long term abuse

Hello all, In need of some help so I have turned to the web. Since 2014 I have been forced to live like the Stephen King movie misery....x10. I was told APS doesnt help people under 65. i was told Adult Protective Services doesnt help anyone under 65. I go back and forth as an invalid (condition). Sitting duck for the types that will take advantage of this. Any leads or tips appreciated.
