I aspire to change the depreciated starting construction laborers pay to reflect historic American pay scales, and charge drastically less than the average temp agency simultaneously. Starting solo, I will still yet have to obtain a basic insurance, and complete some IRS paperwork. But am interested in contracts in the meantime. I am hoping to charge around $30.00 an hour total compared to the $40.00 to $50.00 charged hourly by your average temp agents. And am also hoping to find aspiring individuals to make $20.00 to 25.00 an hour respectively, in the near future. Small and basic contract offers would be very helpful!
