*** Full Time Lead Childcare Teachers*** Karousel Kids Child Care 7831 N. 51st Avenue Glendale, AZ 85301 Center philosophy: Our goal is to provide the best early childhood education and childcare services in a safe, fun, and attractive environment, leading to the achievement of excellent developmental and social skills. • REQUIRED EDUCATION: High school diploma / GED. • REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: At least 6 months of Child Care. • REQUIRED: A level one fingerprint clearance card or a background check • EDUCATION: Current CDA. (Toddler / Preschool) a plus • Hours vary; we opened 5:00AM till 8:00PM. • Pay competitive, depending on experience. Please inquire. • Must be at least 18 years old. • CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain within 2 weeks of hiring) • Food handler card (or willing to obtain within 2 weeks of hiring) • Experience with children aged 0 to 12 years old is preferred. • The physical stamina to keep up with multiple children, including (but not limited to): lifting at least 40 pounds, running, and bending. • Excellent interpersonal communication skills • A strong work ethic • The ability to multitask. • A calm and patient demeanor • Available Monday through Friday • Employee discount for staff children (based on availability). RESPONSIBILITIES: • Develop and maintain appropriate curriculum. • Keeping the classroom clean. • Having the lesson plan ready for the week. • Supervision of all children in your care.
