Need a person who is available for small odd jobs as needed. No major construction/plumbing/electrical. Small jobs.....wall patch, stucco crack filled, railing repairs. Stuff like that. Currently need someone to lay down press and stick tile floor in small bathroom. I prefer to pay by the job, as opposed to hourly. We can agree to price in advance of starting.
