What does an Area Supervisor do? Some responsibilities include:
+ Manage operations for up to 25 multifamily (apartment) communities within an assigned district
+ Works alongside our frontline employees
+ Recruit / Train / Oversight of the remote workforce who service our communities
+ Provide on-call support to workforce
+ Track payroll for area and submit to FQM semi-monthly for payroll processing
+ Manage workforce inventory/supplies; including Butler Uniform, Tote Bags, Etc.
+ Work collaboratively with other business units as required to serve customer
+ Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
+ Other duties as assigned
BENEFITS OF THE ROLE
+ $300 Truck stipend
+ $30 Phone Stipend
+ $20 Car Wash Allowance
+ Incentive Program; 10% annually based on base salary divided into 4 quarters
+ Competitive Wage; Potential of earning up to $52,250/annually

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
+ High school diploma or equivalent, AA degree preferred or workforce experience
+ Experience managing a remote workforce of up to 50 who work 5-7 days a week; roughly 2-3 hours per day
+ Basic employee relations experience as it relates to hiring and management
+ Experience in remote multi-site operations
*An insured pickup truck is required for role (Sorry SUVs nor Trailers permit)
