We are hiring an Area Supervisor for the Portland area! 👀 👈🏽 What does an Area Supervisor do? Some responsibilities include: + Manage operations for up to 25 multifamily (apartment) communities within an assigned district + Works alongside our frontline employees + Recruit / Train / Oversight of the remote workforce who service our communities + Provide on-call support to workforce + Track payroll for area and submit to FQM semi-monthly for payroll processing + Manage workforce inventory/supplies; including Butler Uniform, Tote Bags, Etc. + Work collaboratively with other business units as required to serve customer + Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs + Other duties as assigned BENEFITS OF THE ROLE + $300 Truck stipend + $30 Phone Stipend + $20 Car Wash Allowance + Incentive Program; 10% annually based on base salary divided into 4 quarters + Competitive Wage; Potential of earning up to $52,250/annually + Flexible Hours + Eligible for company sponsored benefits (health, dental and vision) REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: + High school diploma or equivalent, AA degree preferred or workforce experience + Experience managing a remote workforce of up to 50 who work 5-7 days a week; roughly 2-3 hours per day + Basic employee relations experience as it relates to hiring and management + Experience in remote multi-site operations *An insured pickup truck is required for role (Sorry SUVs nor Trailers permit) **Offer of employment is contingent upon the candidate successfully passing a pre-employment background check For full job description visit Trash Butler's career page below! 📝Apply today!
