This is a contract position for a 3-day event. *Must be available for 2 days.* The show runs: Sunday 1/30/2022 8am-5pm Monday 1/31/2022 8am-5pm Tuesday 2/01/2022 8am-3 pm at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Charlotte Concord Golf Resort & Spa Call time for this position will be 30 min. before the start of show time the first day, and can be expected to run up to an hour past show time each day. Pay: $100/day -- We have a few positions for the Event: (2) Mic Runner Personnel - (1) Position will be needed for 3 days Sunday 1/30/2022 - Tuesday. (1) Position will be needed for 2 Days Monday 1/31/2022 8am-5pm - Tuesday 2/01/2022 8am-3 pm (1) Door Check Personnel - Monday 1/31/2022 8am-5pm - Tuesday 2/01/2022 8am-3 pm (1) Speaker Relations Personnel - Monday 1/31/2022 8am-5pm - Tuesday 2/01/2022 8am-3 pm (1) Event Registration Personnel - Monday 1/31/2022 8am-5pm - Tuesday 2/01/2022 8am-3 pm Responsibilities: Administer touch-free temperature checks for Door Checker Check Badges for Credentials Run mics for speakers in panel room discussions Register attendees Assisting attendees if they have questions Assisting the speaker coordinator in calling, texting, and emailing the scheduled speakers Sanitizing check-in devices and mics *No smoking or cannabis use while working Dress: Casual; Black Shirt with Jeans or Pants. No Ripped Jeans
