Paint touch-ups for small, older condo unit

Seeking somebody who's really good at touch-up paint jobs for my 600 sq ft condo at Westmoreland Terrace in Arlington. The apartment is on the ground floor and heavy rains and the apartment above periodically exude moisture. Along with some confined water stains that need to be addressed with water resistant paint, around the tub there's some paint chipping of the tiles, paint peeling in the bathroom sink, and other touch-ups needed. It's not a lot, but it's got to be done well. I'm no expert, but it appears to be a $100 to $125 job, plus supplies; everything likely can be done in an hour or so. My on-site assistant on site can be. I am at a longer distance away and have owned this place for 20+ years. I can pay by Visa, check, Paypal, or best of all zelle, which is instant and has no fees.
