I had some small pencil molding removed from baseboards on stairs for a stain runner and I need several feet replaced painted white on platforms between levels. I would need someone to measure the pieces paint them white and return and install. Also, I need someone to install four new showerheads on existing showerheads. All that would require is simple screwing out and screwing in. I have the plumbers tape. Also I need a towel ring installed as well as some hooks installed in bathrooms. Carpentry work $150. Plumbing and fixture installation $100.
