Dig/Grade Area Behind House

I need someone who can dig, grade and level the area in this picture so the water collects away from the house foundation and can flow around the house. I need someone to: 1. Dig a "Channel" that is level and the low point(relative to the house) for water to collect away from the house when it rains a lot. The channel should be Leven and allow the water to flow around the house into the front and back yards. 2. Use the dirt to fill in the low points close to the house that are collecting water. 3. Grade the dirt to slope away from the house towards the channel. Please send me a price and your availability.
