Openings in Corpus Christi, Kingsville, Beeville, and Kingsville TX Prospera Property Management is hiring for the following positions: • Property Manager: The Property Manager position is accountable for all operations conducted at the property. Duties include, but not limited to: occupancy, leasing, marketing, maintenance, rent collections and following compliance requirements of the property. (Corpus Christi, Beeville TX) • Maintenance Technician: Maintain buildings and perform tasks including caulking, painting, basic painting, basic electrical, plumbing, repairing windows, flooring, janitorial. 5 years’ experience required. Must have a Valid Class “C” Texas Driver’s License. A High School Diploma or GED preferred (Corpus Christi and Kingsville TX) • Porter: Responsible for maintaining the grounds, maintain the physical appearance, curb appeal and upkeep of the property. This is an entry level position, three months related experience needed.
