Square One Solutions is seeking a dedicated and reliable individual for a swing or graveyard shift for a company located in South Reno. You must have a High School Diploma or equivalent as well as a 1-year minimum of experience in manufacturing. This company manufactures special protectants and seals for a variety of electronic devices used for fields such as medical, automotive, and more! They do this by utilizing low pressure injection molding. The Quality Control Technician must have strong written and communication skills, excellent computer skills as well as be extremely detail oriented. All duties will require all of these skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Quality Control Techs will also be responsible for reporting to the Quality Assurance manager in an efficient manner. You will be supporting the quality department by performing regular inspections, collecting data, and writing reports all by implementing quality control measures. Other primary responsibilities include: -Perform routine internal audits (dock and documentation) and dimensional inspections at receiving and after processing -Perform first and last shot inspections -Compile metrics data -Assist Quality Assurance manager as needed -Identify issues and defects during process and complete reports on them -Use calibrated devices -Work well in a team environment -A background check and drug test will be required (THC friendly).
