Square One Solutions is seeking a dedicated and reliable individual for a swing shift for a company located in South Reno. If you have prior management experience and have worked with electronics, assembly, or are a detail oriented person this could be for you! This company manufactures special protectants and seals for a variety of electronic devices used for fields such as medical, automotive, and more! They do this by utilizing low pressure injection molding. The production associate lead must have strong leadership skills, get along well with others, as well as have organization skills and be detail oriented. Production leads will also be responsible for reporting to the Director of Operations. Sitting, standing, walking, and the ability to lift up or carry 50 lbs. is required. Other primary responsibilities include: -Training and leading production associates to uphold policies and procedures -Assign work orders to production associates and ensure balanced workflow -Completing complex assembly work -Identify issues and report to management -Maintain a clean and orderly work space -Safely operate machines and hand tools -Manufacture products in with care and efficiency -Read and comprehend work instructions -Work well in a team environment Having mechanical assembly skills is preferred but not required. Being familiar with Microsoft Office is also a plus. A background check and drug test will be required (THC friendly).
